NextGen Music Scholarship

The NextGen Music Scholarship exists to help young people develop the musical gifts God has given them.

Through financial assistance for music lessons, we want to invest in the next generation of worshippers and create opportunities for them to grow in skill, confidence, and readiness to serve.

Application Deadlines:

Applications are accepted twice each ministry year, with deadlines of October 30 and February 28. Applicants may apply once per ministry year.

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

Approved applicants may receive financial assistance toward private music lessons.

Scholarship recipients may receive up to 50% of eligible lesson costs, to a maximum of $500 per ministry year.

Scholarship amounts are determined annually based on available funding and the number of approved applicants.

Successful applicants will be notified of their approved scholarship amount upon acceptance into the program. Scholarship funds are distributed in installments throughout the ministry year and are contingent upon continued participation in lessons and scholarship check-ins.

Scholarship recipients are responsible for any remaining lesson costs, as well as books, materials, instruments, or equipment required for lessons.
